Welcome to Scannr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scannr mobile application ("App") operated by Scannr ("we," "our," or "us").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1.1 You must create an account to use the App's features.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
1.3 You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
1.4 You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
We offer the following subscription plans:

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing terms are governed by the respective store's policies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree NOT to:
You retain ownership of your scan data, measurements, and any content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.
The App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Scannr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.
While we strive for accuracy, 3D scans and measurements are approximations and may contain errors. You should verify critical measurements independently.
AI-processed features (such as room completion) are automated and may produce inaccurate results. Review all AI-generated content before use.
The construction bidding features are tools to assist your workflow. We do not guarantee the accuracy of cost estimates or bid calculations. You are responsible for verifying all figures before submitting bids.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCANNR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7.1 Workspace Owners are responsible for managing team members and workspace settings.
7.2 Content shared within a workspace is accessible to all workspace members according to their role permissions.
7.3 Removing a member from a workspace does not delete their personal account or data outside the workspace.

9.1 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@getscannr.com.
9.2 We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
9.3 Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
