What devices support LiDAR scanning?
LiDAR scanning requires iPhone 12 Pro or later, or iPad Pro (2020 or later). Room scanning with RoomPlan requires iOS 17 or later.
How do I export my scans?
Open a scan, tap the export button, and select your desired format. Available formats depend on your subscription plan. Free users can export to GLTF, OBJ, and USDZ formats.
Can I use Scannr offline?
Yes, you can capture scans offline. Cloud sync and AI processing features require an internet connection.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Scannr and select Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@getscannr.com to request account deletion. We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
My scan didn't process correctly. What should I do?
Try rescanning with better lighting and slower movements. Make sure to cover all walls completely. If issues persist, contact support with your scan details.
How accurate are the measurements?
LiDAR measurements are typically accurate within 1-2% for room-scale scanning. For critical measurements, we recommend verifying with a physical measuring tool.
Can I share scans with my team?
Yes! Create a workspace and invite team members. Business and Team plans include advanced collaboration features like shared libraries.
